Consular Legalization

Certified copies of Aruba birth certificates, divorce, death and marriage certificates from the Civil Registry and Population Register are available from the Civil Registry of Aruba (Dienst Burgerlijke Stand en bevolkingsregister). Applications should be submitted in person (appointment required) at the Registry's head office in Oranjestad. To apply for another person's certificate, a written authorisation is required.

Authenticated Extract of Registration: an official proof of registration in the Aruba Chamber of Commerce’s Register with a summary of the company’s registration data, including legal form, name and address, date of establishment, director(s), and company objectives. A Historical Extract of a Corporation includes all the details in a current company extract, plus any prior details (amendments). Extracts are available in Dutch, English and Spanish.

Declaration of Good Standing: confirmation that an Aruba company is currently in compliance with its financial obligations to the Chamber.

Declaration of Registration: confirmation that an Aruba company is registered and active in the Chamber of Commerce’s Register. It contains the company’s name, address, date of establishment and owner(s)/director(s).
